Overview
Scripbox premium is an invite-only wealth experience for high net-worth individuals within Scripbox.
It was built to support a growing segment of investors whose wealth management needs extended beyond the capabilities of the core product. With larger portfolios and more nuanced financial goals, these clients needed a personalized experience built around trusted relationships with dedicated relationship managers.
We designed a dedicated wealth management platform that gave clients a unified view of their entire wealth, making it easier to understand and manage their portfolio from a single place. The experience focused on surfacing key insights with clarity, presenting only the most relevant information upfront. We also built features around the Relationship Manager experience to enable seamless communication, personalized recommendations, and efficient request management.
My Role
As one of the product designers, I owned the end-to-end design of key user journeys across the web platform. Working closely with product managers, I defined the information architecture, explored multiple design directions, and crafted intuitive interactions that balanced the complexity of wealth management with a premium, personalized user experience.
